Causes We Support
Canteen Australia
Canteen is the only Australian national charity organisation that is solely committed to providing the tailored support that young people need to overcome the challenges of dealing with cancer, be it their own or someone close to them. They do this through counselling, events, programs, online support groups, and free online books and resources.
Sands Australia/Red Nose
Sands Australia is a not-for-profit organisation focused on providing support to families who are dealing with the death of a baby. Meanwhile, Red Nose is an Australian national charity that offers research and education for pregnant women to help them have a safe pregnancy, and provides support for individuals and families following the death of a baby or young child. The two organisations merged together so they can provide support to more families.
HeartKids
HeartKids is the only national not-for-profit organisation of its kind with one sole purpose: to support, inform and advocate for any Australian who is dealing with childhood heart disease. They work with kids, teenagers and adults with conginetal or childhood acquired heart disease, helping them so they can lead a fulfilling life and achieve their personal goals.
St Vincent de Paul Society
The St Vincent de Paul Society, or Vinnies, is a global organsation committed to helping those in need. In Australia, Vinnies has over 60,000 members and volunteers who actively and passionately give assistance to the less fortunate. The organisation provides support in many ways including food for families, helping with the essentials, covering utility bills, and assisting with rental payments.
Foodbank Australia
Foodbank Australia is the largest hunger relief charity in the country that functions as sort of the pantry to the charity sector. They provide food programs for charities, schools and individuals across all states and territories. This organisation’s commitment to fighting hunger in Australia has enabled them to produce over 86.7 million meals in 2021 alone.
