Complete a short online interview and get an EPA online within 48 hours, complete with legal advice tailored to your situation
An enduring power of attorney (EPA) is a legal document that allows you to nominate one or more persons (referred to as attorneys) to act on your behalf. An enduring power of attorney gives the attorney the authority to manage your legal and financial affairs, including buying and selling real estate, shares and other assets, operating your bank accounts and spending money on your behalf. ‘Enduring’ means that the power of attorney continues when you cannot make these types of decisions for yourself. The power will stop being of any effect when you die.
This document is an important legal document and is recommended for anybody wanting to plan their legal affairs properly.
Please note that this document is only suitable for New South Wales based clients.
Once you've completed the questionnaire Andrew Byrnes Law Group will provide you with the completed document along with any legal advice required, all tailored to your specific circumstances.
You should think about who you want confer power of attorney to, whether you want to nominate any alternate/substitute attorneys, and what kind of decisions you want to allow an attorney to make on your behalf, and whether you want to place any limitation on what an attorney can do.
